After establishing our Vision, Mission, & Core Values - we got to thinking about ways we can really become the #1 company that combines resources & execute change. This lead us to develop our Brand Promise. Like our Vision, it was not an easy task. World-Class means that we aren't just promising "quality" and "excellent craftsmanship". Again, those go without saying... and we feel sorry for our competitors that throw those useless buzzwords on their website and expect their customers to take them seriously.
The goal of our Brand Promise is to communicate to our clients the type of service they can expect from working with us. Like our Vision, Mission, & Core values - we take our Brand Promise very seriously and ingrain these concepts to the Western team to ensure we are delivering the World-Class results that we expect from our vendors, and that our clients expect from us.

Brand Promise KPI's (Kept Promise Indicators)
We understand our industry is full of companies with acronyms for their company names, and while we are guilty of this as well - we've used our acronym not just to abbreviate Western Facility Services Group, but also to remind us of the KPIs, or Kept Promise Indicators we need to closely monitor to ensure we are delivering a World-Class, Effective, Safe, Turn-Key Experience that produces Results that are Next-Level.
